BCUSG were invited to have a tabletop sale at the Uniform Services Day in Trowbridge Park on Saturday September 14th . A supporter had donated a number of military books, which gave us the opportunity to sell these as a theme for the day . Total raised £109.98 .

The book which Denise and Sue are looking at is covering the building of Spitfires which were built in secret factory in Trowbridge during World War 2. We also made one man’s day as sold him the book of HMS Coventry which he served on through the Falkland’s war.

Trowbridge Town Council’s annual Uniform Services Day took place in Trowbridge Park on Saturday, 14th September. Building on the success of the first Uniform Services Day, that took place in 2023.
