This black tie charity dinner organised by Frome Lions on behalf of BCUSG at Elmhay Park in Orchardleigh had 184 attendees including nine representing the charity. The guest speaker was Steve Backley.

The Lions Club approved at its recent meeting a slight rounding up of the Dinner proceeds, after all expenses, to £11,250, to which of course will be added the £200+Gift Aid we received direct from one of the guests at the dinner, and with the Richard Oatley Foundation contribution doubling that, the evening will have realised £23,000 for the Charity.
