Daniel Takes 10,000ft Leap.

On 21st June 2025, Daniel Scanlon took to the skies for a thrilling 10,000-foot skydive in support of the Bath Cancer Unit Support Group (BCUSG)—a local charity close to his heart.

Daniel Scanlon Completes 10,000ft Skydive

The challenge was inspired by the incredible care and support Daniel’s son, Reggie, has received following his diagnosis with leukaemia. The Oncology and Radiotherapy teams at the Royal United Hospital in Bath have provided outstanding support throughout Reggie’s treatment, and this skydive was Daniel’s way of giving something back.

The jump has already raised over £1,000—and donations are still open! Contributions go to projects that enhance care for cancer patients treated at the Oncology, Radiotherapy and Paediatric Oncology Units at the RUH Bath supporting a population of more than 500,000 people in Bath & North East Somerset and the surrounding towns & villages in North East Somerset, South Gloucestershire & North & West Wiltshire.

To show your support, please consider making a donation—every little helps. You can support Daniel and his jump on Peoples Fundraising by clicking here.
